Through insights gathered during onboarding sessions with end users, I identified key areas to make mobile-accessible.
I developed responsive UI designs for key parts of the platform, making it accessible on mobile devices in alignment with user feedback. This allowed users and installers in the field to stay up to date, update quotes, and complete inspection protocols directly from their phones, enhancing efficiency and accessibility for essential on-site tasks.

I developed a comprehensive onboarding manual for Celxius in collaboration with end users and installers. This guide helps new users quickly access features and navigate the platform's UI, reducing the time needed to become proficient.
By providing clear instructions and visual aids, the manual minimizes the training burden on the head of sales and empowers users to leverage the platform effectively from the start, enhancing overall user satisfaction and engagement.
